As an Inside Sales Specialist, you will play a critical role in supporting both new and existing customers. This is a fast-paced, customer-focused position where your ability to build relationships, think strategically, and deliver results makes a direct impact on the business. You will partner closely with Account Managers to win profitable business, acting as a trusted advisor who educates customers on specialized product offerings, pricing, and category-specific solutions.
In this role, you will manage multiple lead channels, from hunt lines to web leads and chat, while driving high conversion rates and growing the average order value. Your day will involve collaborating with sales teams to support transactional and solution-based sales, maintaining an accurate opportunity pipeline, and consolidating customer spend to increase their share of wallet. It is a dynamic environment that requires resilience, confidence in handling objections, and a collaborative mindset to positively impact team culture.
