The Division of Psychiatry at Phoenix Children's is a key strategic priority within our growing Behavioral Health Service Line. As one of the nation's largest freestanding pediatric hospitals, we offer 533 beds and over 75 pediatric subspecialty programs. Our Behavioral Health program has earned a Top 50 national ranking in its first two years of eligibility, reflecting the strength and rapid growth of our psychiatric services.

We are seeking a full-time Inpatient Pediatric Psychiatrist to join our collaborative and mission-driven team. In this role, you will provide high-quality psychiatric care to children and adolescents in an inpatient setting. The position is designed to support both professional fulfillment and personal well-being, following a 7 days on / 7 days off schedule.
You will work within a multidisciplinary environment that includes mental health therapists, nurses, social workers, and other healthcare professionals to deliver holistic care. The role involves providing direct patient care, including comprehensive psychiatric evaluations, crisis intervention, and the development of individualized treatment plans. You will also have the opportunity to mentor fellows, residents, and medical students, contributing to the Division's robust educational mission.
