About the Role
We are hiring Care Manager RNs to play a vital, hands-on role during a transformational time in our department. As an Inpatient Registered Nurse Care Manager, you will provide professional, comprehensive, patient-centric care management services for at-risk patients in an acute care environment. Your work will ensure the use of appropriate healthcare resources throughout the continuum, delivering the right care at the right time in the right setting.
