We are seeking a skilled and driven Senior Firewall Engineer to join our team, where you will play a pivotal role in designing, deploying, and supporting secure, scalable network infrastructures. This position is ideal for professionals with a strong foundation in enterprise firewall technologies, particularly Palo Alto Networks and Fortinet, alongside a working knowledge of Cisco infrastructure products.
In this role, you will lead firewall migration projects, utilizing industry-standard tools to transition legacy systems to modern platforms with minimal disruption. You will be responsible for implementing advanced security solutions, performing security policy reviews, and ensuring the integrity and performance of our network security systems. The ideal candidate brings a proactive approach to problem-solving and the ability to work across teams to align security strategies with business goals.
Team Context
You will collaborate with cross-functional teams, including network, cloud, infrastructure, and application groups, to integrate security controls into the enterprise architecture. This role requires a deep understanding of network security principles and the ability to navigate multi-vendor environments. You will stay current with emerging threats and vulnerabilities to continuously improve the organization's security posture, ensuring robust protection for our operations.
Hiring Process

Location and Compensation
This opportunity is available in Las Colinas, Charlotte (Brevard), and Chandler. The specific compensation for this position will be determined by factors including the scope, complexity, and location of the role, as well as the candidate's skills and experience. Full-time consultants have access to benefits including medical, dental, vision, 401K contributions, and applicable PTO or sick leave.
