About the Role

As an Electrical and Mechanical Maintenance Technician, you will be the backbone of our plant's operational efficiency. This role is designed for a skilled professional who thrives on solving complex problems and ensuring our machinery runs smoothly. You will install and write programmable logic controller (PLC) based systems, maintaining the electronic and instrument components that keep our production lines moving. Your day will involve a blend of hands-on troubleshooting, precise programming, and strategic project implementation.

You will work closely with project teams to manage the implementation of new control systems and upgrades. From diagnosing faulty components to overhauling electrical and mechanical systems, your expertise ensures that our equipment meets rigorous safety and performance standards. Whether you are writing ladder logic, replacing defective gears and armatures, or maintaining power distribution systems, your work directly impacts our ability to deliver high-quality food solutions to our customers.
