Key Responsibilities
- check_circleSelect type and size of insulation and related materials according to specifications
- check_circleInstall, repair, and remove insulation on piping, walls, and other surfaces
- check_circleMeasure, cut, and fasten insulation using industrial hand and power tools
- check_circlePromote a safe workplace by identifying hazards and wearing correct PPE
- check_circleAssist in insulation, scaffold building, industrial cleaning, and job site cleanup
- check_circlePerform tasks related to industrial insulation and metal fabrication
- check_circleOrganize inventory and equipment in an effective manner
- check_circleRead and interpret blueprints and plans for insulation projects
- check_circleMaintain company-owned or rented equipment and return it in like manner
- check_circleLoad, unload, clean, shovel, and paint as required for job completion
Requirements
- verifiedBasic math skills
- verifiedKnowledge of basic tools and their applications
- verifiedExperience in industrial insulation and metal
Nice to Have
Experience with insulating buildings, pipes, high/low pressure line pipes, and other mechanical systems.
