About the Role
Quad is seeking a Shift Industrial Electrician to join our manufacturing production support team in Wisconsin. This role is designed for those who thrive in a fast-paced environment where precision and reliability are paramount. You will be the backbone of our production lines, ensuring that electrical systems run smoothly from start to finish.
While Master/Journeyman certification is not required, it is desired. This position offers a unique opportunity to work across multiple locations, including Sussex, Burlington, Lomira, and Hartford. We foster a caring team culture where you can balance your professional growth with personal time, supported by a compressed work week schedule.
Hiring Process
Paid relocation may be available for highly qualified candidates located more than 100 miles from the plant. Interested candidates should apply directly to be considered for the open shifts in our Wisconsin facilities.

- check_circleRepair control systems including PLCs and ladder logic code
- check_circleWork with voltages up to 480 vac and power distribution systems
- check_circleConduct preventative maintenance on industrial machinery
Requirements
- verifiedAt least 3 years of experience as an Electrician in an industrial maintenance setting
- verifiedProficient in repairs of Control Systems, PLCs, and AC/DC Drives
- verifiedExperience working with motors, transformers, control systems, and power distribution
- verifiedOwn tools required for the job
- verifiedAbility to read blueprints, understand tolerances and measurements, and work with standard and metric sizes
- verifiedAbility to work a 12-hour rotating shift, holidays, and overtime
