About the Role
Quad is seeking a Shift Industrial Electrician to join our manufacturing production support team in Wisconsin. This role is designed for those who thrive in a fast-paced environment where precision and reliability are paramount. You will be the backbone of our production support, ensuring that our manufacturing lines run smoothly by utilizing your expertise in electrical troubleshooting and repair.
While a Master/Journeyman certification is not required, it is desired. We are looking for individuals who are ready to take ownership of their success and contribute to a culture of continuous improvement. This position is available in multiple locations: Sussex, Burlington, Lomira, and Hartford. Paid relocation may be available for highly qualified candidates located more than 100 miles from the plant.

Requirements
- verified3+ years industrial electrician experience
- verifiedProficiency in Control Systems, PLCs, and AC/DC Drives
- verifiedExperience with motors, transformers, control systems, and power distribution
- verifiedOwn tools required
- verifiedAbility to read blueprints and work with tolerances, measurements, standard and metric sizes
- verifiedAbility to work 12-hour rotating shifts, holidays, and overtime
