In-Store Shopper

About the Role

As an In-Store Shopper, you serve as the bridge between our physical stores and our online shoppers. Your mission is to select "the best of the best" for our customers, ensuring they receive high-quality products that meet their needs. Success in this role requires taking pride in every selection, caring deeply about the customer experience, and moving quickly to determine suitable substitute products when necessary.

This position offers more than just order fulfillment; you will also support customers and associates directly within the store. When online order volume is lower, you will have the opportunity to gain additional experience by rotating through other departments, providing a dynamic environment for learning and growth.
