As a Scientific Logistics Specialist, you will be a vital support pillar for the Reference Standard and Critical Reagent (RSCR) Group within the Global Product Development & Supply / Global Quality organization. This role is designed to ensure the seamless movement of scientific materials across domestic and global borders.
You will manage the end-to-end lifecycle of shipping logistics, from initiating documentation to final shipment greenlight. Your day will involve coordinating complex international regulatory and customs paperwork, partnering with laboratory teams and project managers, and ensuring materials are prepared with the utmost precision. Whether selecting appropriate containers, determining temperature requirements, or consolidating orders, your work ensures that critical materials reach their destination safely and compliantly.

Experience with shipping pharmaceutical and biologics material. Exposure to regulated environments (GMP, GLP, or comparable academic or industry standards). Familiarity with electronic documentation systems, LIMS, or similar data tools.

Education: High school diploma or equivalent with relevant experience; Masters in logistics, procurement, supply chain, biological sciences, chemistry, engineering or related disciplines.
