About the Role

We are seeking four experienced IAM Engineers to support and enhance enterprise Identity Governance and Administration (IGA) platforms within a large-scale environment supporting over 60,000 workforce identities. This role is designed for engineers who thrive on expanding capabilities to support not just human identities, but also machine, bot, and application identities.

In this position, you will focus on the engineering, integration, and optimization of identity solutions. You will manage and enhance identity lifecycle processes, including provisioning, deprovisioning, and access certifications, while leading application onboarding efforts. The day-to-day involves collaborating with Java developers, middleware engineers, and DBAs to ensure platform functionality and performance. You will contribute to secure design and architecture decisions for new applications and work with cloud teams to support modern integrations leveraging Azure and other cloud platforms.
