Our primary service area covers Southeastern Virginia and Northeastern North Carolina.

We are seeking motivated HVAC Service and DDC Technicians of all skill levels, from Apprentices to Senior Technicians, to join our team in the greater Hampton Roads area. This role exists to ensure the reliability and efficiency of complex HVAC systems for our diverse clientele.
In this position, you will operate as a vital part of our service delivery, working independently or collaboratively as a team. Your day will involve troubleshooting and repairing HVAC systems of various sizes, performing routine preventative maintenance, and responding to emergency service calls as part of an on-call rotation. You will serve as the face of Thermo-Trol, collaborating directly with customers to provide focused service solutions while maintaining detailed service documentation. We offer comprehensive training in both DDC and HVAC technologies, including paid apprentice school, to help you further your career regardless of your current experience level.
To join our team, candidates must be able to pass a background check and a drug screen to meet Federal contractor requirements. We look for individuals who can handle the physical demands of the job and possess strong problem-solving skills.
