As a trusted advisor to our customers, you will solve comfort, building inefficiency, and other service-related issues. You will partner with peers and mentors to perform mechanical installations, troubleshoot problems, and respond to warranty calls. Your role involves keeping JCI, contractors, and customers informed of job progress while providing recommendations and solutions to ensure facility efficiency, including identifying upselling opportunities.
