As a trusted advisor to our customers, you will solve comfort, building inefficiency, and other service-related issues. You will partner with peers to drive results, troubleshoot problems, and provide recommendations to ensure facilities are running efficiently. The role includes responding to warranty calls, keeping JCI, contractors, and customers informed of job progress, and providing quotes to support solutions.
