About the Role
As a Nextech HVAC/R Technician, you will play a key role in delivering reliable, high-quality service to commercial clients. You are the expert our customers trust, handling everything from troubleshooting and repairs to installations and preventive maintenance.
Your day will be dynamic and impactful. You will diagnose and repair complex HVAC/R systems, including electrical, mechanical, and electronic components. You will perform maintenance and emergency service as needed, often including after-hours on-call rotations. Using company-provided iPads, you will accurately document all service details, ensuring transparency and efficiency.
You will maintain your company vehicle, tools, and parts inventory to the highest standards. Communication is key; you will interact clearly with customers and dispatch to ensure smooth scheduling and service delivery. Additionally, you will identify additional service opportunities and share them with customers, contributing directly to the company's growth.
