About the Role
As a Nextech HVAC/R Technician, you will play a key role in delivering reliable, high-quality service to commercial clients. You are the expert our customers trust, handling everything from troubleshooting and repairs to installations and preventive maintenance.
Your day will be dynamic and impactful. You will diagnose and repair complex HVAC/R systems, perform emergency service as needed, and maintain your company vehicle and tools to the highest standards. Using company-provided iPads, you will accurately document service details while communicating clearly with customers and dispatch to ensure smooth scheduling. You will also identify additional service opportunities to share with our clients.
