About the Role

We are seeking a polished professional with an entrepreneurial spirit to head up our Hawaii Services Division out of Oahu. As the HVAC Operations Manager, you will lead a critical component of our facility maintenance operations. This role exists to ensure the seamless delivery of HVAC services across our Hawaiian portfolio, driving operational excellence and team growth.

In this position, you will manage daily service and project requests while overseeing in-house technician schedules. You will balance time efficiently between office and field duties, fostering a collaborative environment where new technicians are hired and developed. A key part of your mission involves negotiating contracts with vendors to secure favorable terms and monitoring their performance to ensure adherence to our high standards. You will also proactively identify opportunities for cost savings and efficiency improvements to keep our operations lean and effective.
