The Cooling CE plays a vital role in ensuring the reliability of critical infrastructure by managing the installation, commissioning, and maintenance of Liebert Air products. This position is designed to establish and maintain excellent rapport with customers, co-workers, and sales representatives while serving as a key communication link to Area/District Offices and direct management.
In this role, you will provide on-site and phone assistance, troubleshoot equipment issues with National Technical Support, and implement Field Change Notices according to published guidelines. You will be responsible for performing scheduled maintenance, ensuring safety compliance, and maintaining accurate administrative records. The role requires a balance of working under direct supervision and operating independently to maximize productivity and achieve "first time fix" goals for customers.
