About the Role

ALOFT Atlanta Downtown is seeking a dedicated Houseperson to uphold our MCR Universal Role Standards, ensuring our hotel remains a spotless, friendly, and safe environment for our guests. This role is vital to our mission of delivering "Happy Guests" and "Spotless Cleanliness" through a team effort where every member pitches in to maintain the highest levels of product consistency and quality.

As a Houseperson, your day will involve more than just cleaning; it is about hospitality in motion. You will greet guests with a smile and their name whenever possible, even while managing hallways, stairwells, and service areas. Your responsibilities include handling luggage, maintaining public space furniture, and ensuring guest rooms and amenities are perfectly stocked. You will work collaboratively with housekeepers to manage linen and trash, ensuring that every corner of the hotel, from the parking lot to the swimming pool area, reflects the ALOFT standard of excellence.
