Key Responsibilities
- check_circleInspect Room Attendant work performance daily to ensure standards and productivity levels are met
- check_circleOversee floor closing procedures and ensure Room Attendant carts are clean and restocked
- check_circleManage daily assignment of duties to Room Attendants and House Attendants
- check_circleInitiate and follow up on work orders for repairs and maintenance with Engineering
- check_circleMaintain key control and handle Lost and Found items according to hotel standards
- check_circleAssist with training of Housekeeping staff and perform room cleaning as business needs dictate
- check_circleReport on progress of out-of-order rooms to the Guest Services Manager
- check_circleEnsure completion of biannual cleaning projects and maintain overall guest satisfaction
- check_circleMonitor cleanliness and orderliness of linen closets, control closets, stairways, and landings
Requirements
- verifiedHigh School diploma or equivalent
- verified2-3 years of progressive experience in a hotel or related field
- verifiedPrevious supervisory responsibility
Nice to Have
College course work in related field. At least two to three years of progressive experience in a hotel or related field. Previous supervisory responsibility.
