About the Role
We are currently recruiting for Housekeepers at two resort locations: Mystic Dunes Resort in Celebration, FL, and Hilton Grand Vacations Aqua Sol Resort in Winter Garden, FL. In this role, you will be responsible for consistently meeting quality and timeliness standards in the cleaning of resort property units. You will ensure you follow the company mission statement and values while maintaining a high standard of excellence.
The position involves cleaning units including bedrooms, bathrooms, kitchens, living rooms, closets, and decks, as well as stripping soiled linens and removing trash. You will report clean units as vacant, flag maintenance issues, and assist in solving guest complaints promptly. The role requires working in an environment that may include odors, dust, and cleaning chemicals, with the physical ability to lift up to 25 pounds and perform repetitive motions.

Arrival Instructions: If arriving from the main entrance, check in at the security gate and inform them you are attending the hiring event. Continue to the 6th stop sign and turn right into the Operations Building Center.
