About the Role

We are currently recruiting for Housekeepers at two resort locations: Mystic Dunes Resort in Celebration, FL, and Hilton Grand Vacations Aqua Sol Resort in Winter Garden, FL. In this role, you will be responsible for consistently meeting quality and timeliness standards in the cleaning of resort property units. You will ensure you follow the company mission statement and values, maintaining a high standard of excellence while stripping units, removing trash, and cleaning bedrooms, bathrooms, kitchens, living rooms, closets, and decks.

The position requires a strong work ethic and a passion for cleanliness. You will report clean units as vacant, flag maintenance issues, and assist in solving guest complaints promptly. The role operates in conditions that may include odors, dust, and cleaning chemicals, and frequently requires standing, walking, lifting up to 25 lbs, and repetitive motions.
