About the Role

The Public Areas Attendant serves as the first point of contact for guests entering our properties, responsible for the cleaning and upkeep of all lobby, mezzanine, and back-of-the-house public areas. This role is essential to maintaining the high standards of cleanliness and appearance that define the guest experience. From ensuring restrooms and elevators are pristine to managing paper supplies and dusting furniture, the attendant ensures that every space meets our rigorous cleanliness standards. The position requires a service-oriented individual who can effectively multi-task while answering guest questions in accordance with Housekeeping and Front Office directions.
