About the Role
The Housekeeper is responsible for consistently meeting quality and timeliness standards in the cleaning of resort property units. This role ensures that every unit is stripped of soiled linens, cleaned thoroughly (including bedrooms, bathrooms, kitchens, living rooms, closets, and decks), and reported as ready for inspection. The position requires a high sense of urgency to ensure units are turned on time, while also assisting in solving guest complaints promptly and maintaining a safe working environment.
The role operates in conditions that may include odors, dust, and cleaning chemicals. Employees must be prepared to work irregular hours and perform physical tasks such as standing, walking, lifting up to 25 pounds, and repetitive motions. Reasonable accommodations may be made to enable individuals with disabilities to perform the essential functions of the job.

Arrival Instructions: Upon arrival, please check in at the security gate and inform them you are there for the MasterCorp hiring event. A valid ID is required for entry.
Parking: Park at the Registration building located directly across the street from the MasterCorp Housekeeping office in the West Village area. Look for our MasterCorp flags; the team will be at the roundabout area near the golf carts.
