About the Role

We are currently recruiting for Housekeepers at two of our resort locations: Mystic Dunes Resort in Celebration, FL, and Hilton Grand Vacations Aqua Sol Resort in Winter Garden, FL.

In this role, you will be responsible for consistently meeting quality and timeliness standards in the cleaning of resort property units. You will ensure you follow the company mission statement and values, maintaining a high standard of excellence while working in a fast-paced environment. The position involves cleaning units including bedrooms, bathrooms, kitchens, living rooms, closets, and decks, as well as reporting maintenance issues and managing inventory. You will also assist in solving guest complaints promptly and ensuring a safe working environment.

This role operates in conditions that may include odors, dust, and cleaning chemicals. The position requires the ability to lift up to 25 pounds and perform physical tasks such as standing, walking, bending, and repetitive motions. Arrival Instructions: If you are arriving from the main entrance, please check in at the security gate and let them know you are attending the hiring event. Continue to the 6th stop sign and turn right into the Operations Building Center.
