About the Role
As a Housekeeper/Room Attendant, you will be the face of our property, performing routine duties of cleaning and servicing guest rooms beyond expectation. This role is designed for those who are friendly, energetic, and professional, and who enjoy "rolling out the red carpet" to create stellar guest experiences.
In this fast-paced environment, you will work under the directive of the Executive Housekeeper to ensure every room meets our high standards. Beyond cleaning, you will promote a positive image of the hotel by anticipating guests' needs, answering inquiries about property amenities and local attractions, and resolving complaints with a pleasant temperament. You will be a proactive team player dedicated to ensuring guest satisfaction at every turn.

- check_circleClean and service guest rooms according to hotel standards including making beds and dusting
- check_circleAdhere to health, safety, and fire alarm procedures as directed
- check_circleClean bathrooms, empty trash, disinfect telephones, and replenish amenities
Requirements
- verifiedHigh-school graduate or equivalent
- verifiedMinimum of six months work-related experience (hospitality or janitorial experience preferred)
- verifiedAbility to lift up to 40 lbs
- verifiedAbility to walk, bend, and stand for long time periods
Nice to Have
High-school graduate or equivalent with a minimum of six months work-related experience in hospitality or janitorial fields. Previous experience in the hospitality industry. Previous experience as a housekeeper/room attendant or in janitorial services.
