About the Role
This is a full-time position designed for those who take pride in their work and want to be part of a rewarding career rather than a temporary job. Unlike fast food or retail roles, this position offers steady employment with a clear path for professional growth. You will control your pay increases as you progress through our Career Path, developing leadership and training skills along the way.
The work is hard but highly rewarding. You will receive thorough training on proper cleaning and disinfecting techniques, ensuring you work in a safe environment with provided masks, gloves, and EPA-approved disinfectants. The role includes a scholarship program to assist employees (and their children) in continuing their education.
Schedule and Benefits
We offer a balanced schedule with full-time hours from Monday to Friday, ensuring no evenings or weekends. Employees enjoy six major holidays off and the opportunity to earn up to six days of earned time off. Compensation includes competitive weekly pay, tips facilitated through our customer app, and bonuses.
