Our typical work week consists of 36–42 hours, starting at 7:30 AM and finishing around 5:30 PM. You will never work nights or weekends. We operate in unsupervised teams of two, fostering a collaborative environment with minimal mental stress. We also offer paid mileage, holidays, vacation time, and paid travel time, with paychecks issued weekly on Fridays.
Career Growth
We are committed to your professional development. Within your first 6–12 months, high-performing team members have the opportunity to be promoted to Team Leader or Trainer roles, accompanied by a pay increase.
