This role is vital to maintaining the quality standards of our property, ensuring that every guest feels comfortable and cared for. Whether performing deep cleans after a guest's departure or maintaining the pristine condition of occupied rooms for extended-stay guests, your attention to detail directly impacts guest satisfaction.
You will work as part of a dedicated team within Property Operations, supporting shared goals in a fast-paced environment. Your day involves more than just cleaning; it requires adaptability to changing priorities, strict adherence to safety and security procedures, and a commitment to confidentiality regarding guest information. From organizing housekeeping carts to reporting maintenance issues to the General Manager, you play a key part in the seamless operation of the property.
