About the Role
You will be the backbone of a supportive and dedicated team, contributing to a clean and welcoming environment for residents, staff, and guests. Your day-to-day involves performing daily housekeeping tasks, including cleaning resident rooms, bathrooms, common areas, and offices. You will ensure proper cleaning and sanitation of all areas following established procedures and safety guidelines, while maintaining records of cleaning activities and reporting any maintenance or safety issues to your supervisor.
Beyond the physical tasks, you will interact positively with everyone in the building, providing excellent customer service. You will follow infection control and universal precautions policies to ensure a sanitary environment, working around cleaning products and performing routine, repetitive tasks continuously. This role is designed for someone who can maintain a positive attitude and effectively communicate with building occupants, administration, and HCSG leadership.
