About the Role
We are seeking a dedicated House Coordinator to support our Community & Social Services programs. In this on-site role, you will serve as the operational heart of a residential home, ensuring a safe, clean, and supportive environment for our residents. You will join a team that values collaboration and is passionate about helping others thrive.
This position is vital for maintaining the daily rhythm of the home. You will manage resident intake and orientation, ensuring every individual feels welcomed and understood. Your work involves supporting residents through conflict resolution and connecting them with essential community resources. You will also collaborate closely with case managers and clinical staff to ensure coordinated care, while helping to coordinate staff schedules and contribute to ongoing quality improvement efforts.
