About the Role
We are looking to hire primarily drivers with cars to join our team in Stamford, CT. This role is designed for individuals who are upbeat, optimistic, and compassionate, ready to provide companionship and support to seniors in their homes.
As a Care Professional, you will be the most important member of our organization. You will partner with clients to facilitate daily activities, from light housekeeping and meal preparation to safety supervision and mobility assistance. The role involves following a specific care plan and maintaining daily and weekly reporting of notes and changes in health status to the Care Team. You will also assist with medication reminders, facilitate medical appointments, and provide transportation for errands and appointments.
We offer flexible scheduling with weekday, evening, night, and weekend shifts available on a per-diem basis. Our supportive culture includes paid training, career progression opportunities, and a strong emphasis on treating our team with the same care they provide to our clients.
Hiring Process
