The Guest Service Associate is the face of our hospitality, responsible for providing exceptional service in an attentive, friendly, and efficient manner. This role is central to the guest experience, ensuring that every interaction leaves a positive impression.
In this position, you will park and retrieve guest vehicles in a prompt yet safe manner, assisting with luggage delivery and pick-up during arrivals and departures. You will be the first point of contact, greeting guests within five feet with a professional demeanor and using their names to personalize the experience. Beyond vehicle management, you will act as a helpful guide, providing directions, assisting with reservations, and sharing information about local amenities and attractions. Your day-to-day involves maintaining a pleasant atmosphere, managing parking rates and procedures, and ensuring the smooth operation of the valet system.
Towne Park is committed to offering competitive, fair, and commensurate compensation. Actual compensation will be based on a candidate's job-related skills, experience, education, training, and location. The hourly base pay range for this position is $9-$10 per hour, plus $5-$10 per hour in tips.
The work schedule for this position can include AM/PM shift times. Please note that seasonal and temporary roles are not eligible for the benefits outlined in the full job description.
