About the Role

As a Guest Service Associate, you will be the first point of contact for our guests, responsible for providing exceptional hospitality in an attentive, friendly, and efficient manner. Your role is vital in setting the tone for the guest experience, ensuring they feel welcomed and cared for from the moment they arrive.

Your day will involve parking and retrieving guest vehicles safely and promptly, assisting with luggage delivery and pickup, and offering directions or information about local amenities. You will maintain a professional demeanor, greeting guests within five feet, using their names, and practicing proper phone etiquette. Beyond vehicle management, you will handle inquiries regarding reservations and taxis, deliver messages, and shuttle guests to approved locations. This role requires a balance of operational precision and genuine warmth, ensuring that every interaction leaves a positive impression.

Towne Park is committed to offering competitive, fair, and commensurate compensation based on skills, experience, education, and location. For this position, the hourly base pay range is $9-$10 per hour, plus $5-$10 per hour in tips.

Please note that seasonal and temporary roles are not eligible for the benefits outlined in our standard policy. Eligibility for benefits such as accident insurance, critical illness insurance, hospital indemnity insurance, telemedicine, and the 401k retirement savings plan depends on job classification, length of employment, and hours worked.
