As a Guest Service Associate, you will be the first point of contact for our guests, responsible for providing exceptional hospitality in an attentive, friendly, and efficient manner. Your role is vital in ensuring a smooth and welcoming experience from the moment a guest arrives.
Your day will involve parking and retrieving guest vehicles safely and promptly, assisting with luggage delivery and pickup, and offering directions or information about local amenities. You will maintain a professional demeanor, greeting guests within five feet, using their names, and ensuring they feel valued. From explaining parking procedures to managing vehicle keys and claim checks, you will handle routine tasks with precision while contributing to the overall positive atmosphere of the location.
Towne Park is committed to offering competitive, fair, and commensurate compensation based on skills, experience, education, and location. For this position, the hourly base pay range is $9-$10 per hour, plus $5-$10 per hour in tips.
