We are seeking a highly organized and proactive Hotel Front Desk Manager for a client hotel located in San Bernardino, CA. This role is designed to oversee daily office operations, ensuring an efficient, welcoming, and productive environment for both staff and guests. The ideal candidate will manage administrative functions, coordinate office procedures, support staff across various departments, and assist with facility maintenance to keep hotel operations running smoothly.
The position offers a unique opportunity to gain comprehensive training across Housekeeping and Maintenance before fully assuming front desk duties. You will serve as the operational hub, handling incoming calls, mail, and correspondence while maintaining company records and filing systems. Your responsibilities will extend to assisting with office budgets, invoice processing, expense tracking, and petty cash management.
As a leader, you will supervise administrative support staff and coordinate office and facility maintenance, repairs, and vendor services. You will also conduct routine checks to ensure a safe, well-maintained, and guest-ready environment. In times of staffing shortages, you will step in to perform housekeeping duties, ensuring the hotel remains operational and guest-focused at all times.
