About the Role
We are seeking a charismatic and customer-oriented Host/ess to join our dynamic team. In this role, you will be the first point of contact for our valued guests, setting the tone for their entire dining experience. You will thrive in a fast-paced, guest-centric environment where your high energy and enthusiasm help create a warm and welcoming atmosphere.
Your day will involve greeting guests with a friendly smile, escorting them to their tables, and ensuring seating arrangements are organized. You will act as a liaison between the front of house and the kitchen, coordinating to ensure timely service while managing reservations and the waiting list. This position is ideal for someone who loves making people feel special and is dedicated to upholding high standards of professionalism and service excellence.
