Hospitality Valet Attendant

About the Role

The Valet Attendant is a cornerstone of the LAZ Parking team, serving as the first and last point of contact for our clients and customers. This position is vital to the company's success, as the attendant sets the tone for the entire guest experience. A warm welcome, a smiling face, and a professional demeanor are paramount in creating a positive impression from arrival to departure.

You will be the face of the brand, ensuring every guest feels valued through the "GET 100" philosophy: Greet, Engage, and Thank the guest 100% of the time. Whether working independently or as part of a collaborative team, you will safely operate company vehicles and maintain high standards of productivity and professionalism.
