Join our community as a Part-Time Nocturnist Hospitalist at Cooley Dickinson Hospital in Northampton, Massachusetts. Cooley Dickinson has proudly served the Western Massachusetts community for over 140 years, delivering high-quality, patient-centered care in a supportive, team-oriented environment.
In this role, you will provide overnight inpatient care for adult patients, collaborating with daytime hospitalist teams for seamless transitions. You will work closely with a team of physicians, advanced practice providers, nurses, and subspecialists to deliver comprehensive, patient-centered care. This position is designed for those who wish to participate in quality improvement initiatives and hospital protocols within a collaborative environment that fosters teamwork and a high standard of care.
This is a part-time role comprised of six (6) shifts per month, working the night shift from 7:00 PM to 7:00 AM. You will join a dynamic, patient-focused environment while enjoying the benefits of a supportive, community-based setting.
