The Role in Context

You will serve as a vital partner in a collaborative environment, working alongside experienced Certified Nurse Midwives (CNMs) and fellow OB/GYN Physicians in a heavily co-managed care model. Your day will span both office and hospital settings, delivering high-quality patient care from routine exams to managing obstetric emergencies. You will mentor junior staff and residents while engaging in innovative practices to enhance patient experiences.

Our team operates within a modern, well-equipped birthing center that delivers approximately 1,200-1,500 babies annually. The facility features an onsite Level II Neonatal Intensive Care Unit (NICU), a dedicated OB Emergency Department, and 24/7 anesthesia coverage provided by a team of experienced anesthesiologists.
