About the Role
We are seeking a Certified Nursing Assistant (CNA) to support our Hermitage location and surrounding counties. In this role, you will be the hands-on partner for patients, providing essential personal care and observation. Your day will involve assisting with daily living activities such as bathing, dressing, and oral hygiene, as well as preparing nutritious meals and feeding patients. A key part of your responsibility is monitoring patient skin integrity to prevent tissue breakdown and promptly reporting any significant changes in condition to the Case Manager.
Hiring Process
