We are seeking an experienced Hospice Aide (CNA) to join our team on a per diem basis, serving Durham, Hillsborough, Orange, Person, and surrounding counties. In this role, you will provide direct patient care to homebound individuals, ensuring they receive effective health services in the comfort of their own homes. You will be responsible for documenting all care thoroughly, accurately, and completely on a timely basis, while independently organizing your work to meet the needs of our patients.
