As a Home Infusion Registered Nurse, you will bring your nursing expertise to patients where they feel most comfortable. This role is designed to deliver high-quality, specialized care while building meaningful relationships and driving positive health outcomes. You will serve as the primary point of contact for patients, coordinating care and acting as a vital link between the patient, their family, and the broader care team.
Your day will involve traveling to various locations within a large geographic region to administer specialty medications, including IV infusions. You will partner with pharmacists and care teams to ensure holistic patient well-being, demonstrating autonomy in clinical decision-making to achieve optimal results.
