About the Role
As a Home Health Registered Nurse, you will deliver skilled nursing care directly in patients' homes across Wyoming, Alto, Caledonia, and the Kentwood area. This role is designed for nurses who want to practice at the top of their license with greater autonomy and flexibility. Whether you are transitioning from hospital, acute care, or skilled nursing settings, or are already experienced in home health, you will create individualized care plans, administer medications, and educate patients and families to support recovery and independence.
You will build meaningful 1:1 patient relationships, seeing the direct impact of your work every day. The position offers consistent, reliable workloads with predictable schedules and no on-call requirements, ensuring a true work-life balance. You will utilize the Epic EHR system for efficient documentation, allowing you to spend less time charting and more time caring.

Requirements
- verifiedGraduate of an approved Nursing education program
- verifiedBSN preferred
- verifiedCurrent Registered Nurse licensure in the State of Michigan
- verifiedMinimum of one (1) year professional registered nursing experience
- verifiedMedical Surgical Experience preferred
- verifiedHome health or Hospice experience is a plus
- verifiedStrong computer and technology skills required
- verifiedCurrent Driver's license and reliable transportation
