As a Clinical Manager at CenterWell Home Health, you will lead and support a team of dedicated clinicians who deliver compassionate, high‑quality care in the home setting. In this onsite role, you will serve as a vital link between the Branch Director and the clinical staff. You will be available during operating hours to guide, support, and educate clinicians, assisting with goal-setting, care planning, and complex clinical decision-making. Your presence ensures that every patient receives personalized, comprehensive care tailored to their unique needs, whether they are managing a chronic condition or recovering from injury, illness, surgery, or hospitalization.

Hiring Process & Application
This role is part of Humana's Tuberculosis (TB) screening program and driver safety program. Selected candidates will be required to undergo TB screening and must maintain a valid state driver's license and personal vehicle liability insurance in accordance with state minimums or specific coverage limits.

Requirements
- verifiedCurrent state license as a Registered Nurse
