We are currently expanding our team to meet the growing needs of our community, seeking individuals who are not only skilled but deeply caring and empathetic.
We are seeking experienced Certified HHAs and Caregivers for both full-time and part-time positions. This role is vital to our mission, as you will be the primary source of support and companionship for our clients. Your day will involve more than just completing tasks; it is about building meaningful relationships and ensuring clients feel safe, heard, and valued.
You will work in accordance with established care plans, providing non-medical in-home support that ranges from light housekeeping and meal preparation to personal hygiene assistance and transportation to medical appointments. A significant part of your role involves engaging clients in social activities, such as playing games or reading, to combat isolation and enhance their quality of life. You will also be responsible for maintaining a safe environment and utilizing medical equipment properly.

The hiring process includes a thorough review of qualifications, followed by the completion of Anastasia Care Services' competency exams in core areas including Confidentiality/HIPAA, Communication Skills, Infection Control/Safety, Rights and Responsibilities, and Observation, Reporting, and Documentation. We also require satisfactory background checks and references from previous employers.
