About the Role
We have an immediate opening for a Holiday and Weekend Pet Sitter located in or near the North Buckhead, Chamblee, or Brookhaven area. This is a part-time Independent Contractor position designed for individuals who enjoy spending time with dogs and cats and are seeking extra income. We are specifically looking for sitters available to cover the Thanksgiving and Christmas holidays.
In this role, you will visit clients' homes to provide essential care and companionship. Vacation visits typically occur in the morning (7–9 AM) and evening (7–9 PM), with added flexibility for cat visits. Duties include walking dogs, letting pets out into the yard, feeding, refreshing water, and bringing in mail and packages. For overnight stays, you will reside in the client's home from approximately 7 PM to 7 AM. Success in this role requires comfort walking dogs in all weather conditions and the ability to follow unique directions for each visit.
Because pets form strong bonds with their sitters, we are looking for individuals committed to the position for at least one year, preferably longer. You will need a reliable car and a smartphone to manage your schedule and travel efficiently.
