Our Chesapeake Sea Enterprise (SURFLANT) program is located in the beautiful surroundings of Chesapeake, Virginia. We support U.S. Naval Ships with successful and safe work by providing cabling, equipment, and C5ISR system installations. Our team fabricates and assembles various electromechanical and electronic assemblies, working closely with customers and fellow Serco members to deliver high-technology solutions.

About the Role

You will join a dynamic team passionate about supporting the U.S. Navy and our U.S. Naval Ships. This role is designed for skilled professionals who enjoy engaging in manual projects and prioritize safety above all else. You will be part of a diverse group of welders, structural technicians, marine electricians, installation technicians, production leads, and technical specialists.

As a member of this team, you will apply appropriate safety techniques to fabricate and assemble complex assemblies. You will work onsite five days a week, collaborating with the customer and other team members to ensure the highest standards of performance. The role may require travel up to 10% to various work sites. We encourage military veterans and spouses to apply, as their experience is highly valued in our mission to support the military.
