SEH is seeking a seasoned and visionary Highway Regional Practice Center Leader to join our talented Transportation team. This role is designed to guide, grow, and advance our Highway Engineering, Traffic Engineering, and Construction Services practice across Arizona and Colorado.
As a leader in this position, you will drive strategic direction, operational excellence, and client satisfaction while shaping high-performing engineering teams. You will serve as the primary point of contact for key clients, building strong relationships with agencies like the Arizona and Colorado Departments of Transportation. Beyond client relations, you will identify new business opportunities, manage financial oversight, and mentor a multidisciplinary team to foster a collaborative, high-performance culture. This is an opportunity to make a tangible impact on communities by improving mobility and renewing infrastructure in the Southwest.
This position is based in the Phoenix, AZ metro area. The role requires regional travel between Arizona, Colorado, and other Mountain West states to support project delivery and team development.
