About the Role
Conway Public School District is seeking a dedicated High School Teacher to join our team at Conway High School. In this role, you will endeavor to teach and educate students according to the standards for the state of Arkansas, while delivering the adopted curriculum developed by our district. Your mission is to provide the richest educational experience possible, tailoring instruction to the unique educational needs, abilities, and attainment potential of every student entrusted to your care.
As a classroom teacher, you will serve as a facilitator of learning and a reflective practitioner. You will plan, prepare, and deliver lessons aligned with district curricula, utilizing various instructional strategies to meet diverse learning styles. Beyond the classroom, you will actively participate in collaborative planning, intervention teams, and conferences at both the building and district levels, fostering strong professional relationships with colleagues and maintaining regular communication with parents and guardians regarding student progress and needs.
